Important: Retail purchases must be returned in-store.  

SIMKHAI.com accepts returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of original date of receipt. All items must be returned in original condition with all tags and labels intact. We do not accept returns on merchandise that have been worn, washed, used, damaged or altered. Return shipping is available at a flat rate of $9.00USD for each label within the domestic United States. Returns are refunded to the original form of payment at checkout.  

Store credit and exchanges are offered for full value of original order.

Exchanges include complimentary shipment of reorder.

Returns will be processed and refunded within 10-14 business days of receipt.

Please note that returns received outside the accepted return conditions are subject to refusal.

Home & Lifestyle products, E-Gift Cards, Face Masks, and any items purchased at a discount or 50% or greater are considered Final Sale and ineligible for return or exchange without exception. 

One-time price adjustments will be honored within 14 days of purchase if applicable.
