Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and ship from our distribution center in Los Angeles, CA. Please allow 24-72 hours for processing. 

All SIMKHAI.com orders within the continental United States receive complimentary standard shipping via FEDEX Ground for orders above $200. Economy FEDEX Ground shipping has an average delivery window of 2-6 business days for destinations within the continental United States.

Expedited shipping via FEDEX is available at checkout for an additional charge of $20 for Standard 2nd Day service, and $30 for Express Overnight service. Order subtotals greater than $1,500 USD are eligible for a complimentary Standard 2nd Day shipping upgrade at checkout, and order subtotals greater than $2,500 USD are eligible for a complimentary Express Overnight shipping at checkout. 

Saturday delivery must be requested by emailing [email protected] on Friday before 12:00 PM (PST). Requests made after this cutoff will not be eligible for Saturday delivery.
